CAN I ASK A REFUND FOR PURCHASED ITEM?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the digital goods that we sell on AEL Technology, we can only issue a 30 Days refund in special circumstances. If the course does not work as described by the seller, or if it is faulty, please contact support@aeltechnology.com. Please include the license number of purchased item, and give us detail information about your issue.

All published items for are reviewed to ensure they are in good working order and are easy to use. Further item support is at the discretion of each author. You’re allowed to send direct message to the author for pre-sale question or ask some help for known issue on purchased item via contact form on author/vendor shop page
